Since the company was founded by Steve Garten in 1972 it has earned an enviable reputation for customer service, an accolade that his son Dale is determined to maintain.
Although experienced in new-build, we are renowned throughout the region for our sympathetic extension and renovation of character properties. Using modern, energy-efficient materials and methods to meet the current building regulations without destroying the character of an older property can be a delicate balancing act; one which our dedicated team of skilled tradesmen have mastered over many years of working with us.
We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients, keeping them informed throughout the build, being open to possible changes in design (and even suggesting them ourselves if we feel the client would be happier with the end result), and staying on site from start to finish.
